According to candidate McGuire,As one of the baby boomers, I have been a part of Arizona's transformation, witnessing
it grow nearly four times to its present thriving state. I know the roots of these towns and many of the great hispanic, anglo
and native American families that form the bedrock of our communities. I care about each citizen and am so proud of our multi-race
and ethnicities that make Arizona, and particularly District 23, so rich in culture. My family itself is part of the great
mixed legacy of Arizona. Arizona is a special place of many contrasts, we are experiencing much. I want to leave a place where
all our children have a brighter future and all our heritages are respected, honored and thrive together. I intend to do all
I can for the people of District 23 to the best of my abilities. I promise to listen to, protect, meet the needs and help
